Beginning - Intermediate Robotics Engineering with LEGO® Mindstorms and Tetrix
Beginning robotics engineering whiz kids will familiarize themselves with the engineering design process and basic programming that goes into building a fully functioning robot with LEGO Mindstorms. They’ll learn to program a robot and its five interactive sensors controlled by the EV3 Brick. Then they'll progress to the competition-grade Tetrix Robotics platform where they'll learn the best engineering design principles.
This class will unlock the door to a vast knowledge base in one of the hottest career pathways on the planet: Robotics and Software Engineering.
Skill Level: Beginner-Intermediate
Primary Focus: Robotics controlled by EV3 Brick, Tetrix Robotics
Class Duration: 1.5 hrs/class, 2x/wk for 6 weeks
